Coall creates technologies and services that enable people to connect, build communities, and explore new experiences. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Coall, including our apps, features, services, technologies, and software (the "Coall Products" or "Products"), except where we expressly state that separate terms apply. If we show you ads on Coall Products, these Terms also govern how Coall uses information to display ads that businesses and organizations pay us to promote. These Products are provided by Coall Inc. These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Coall Inc.
Our Products enable you to connect with friends and communities, discover personalized content, and receive relevant ads tailored to your interests. If you use our Products for free with ads, businesses, organizations, and other entities pay us to display ads for their products and services. You can also choose to subscribe to use our Products without ads. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information, including to determine the ads you see. Your experience on Coall is uniquely tailored to you: from the events, recommendations, ads (if we show you ads on Coall Products), and other content you see on Coall's platform to the groups you join and other features you might use, such as event listings and search. We use information about the connections you make, the choices and settings you select, and what you share and do on and off our Products to personalize your experience.

We help you find and connect with people, groups, societies, businesses, organizations, and events that matter to you across the Coall Products you use. We use the information we have to make suggestions for you – for example, groups to join, events to attend, profiles to follow, or people you may want to connect with. Stronger ties make for better communities, and we believe that our Products are most useful when people are connected to those they care about. We strive to ensure that the content and suggestions you see on Coall are as interesting and valuable to you as possible.

To help you discover content, products, and services that may interest you, we show you offers and other sponsored or commercial content from businesses and organizations using Coall and other related products. This allows you to find new events, services, and communities that enhance your experience on Coall.

We provide personalized recommendations to enhance your experience on Coall. By using information about your interactions, preferences, and activities, we suggest events, groups, and other content that we think you will find valuable. - User Eligibility and Account
- Who can use Coall
You must meet the following criteria to use Coall:
- Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Coall. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
- Account Validity
By using Coall, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.
- Account Creation and Maintenance
You must create an account to access certain features of Coall. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Keep your account details secure and confidential.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Account Suspension and Termination
Coall reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following scenarios:
- Violation of Terms: If we detect activities that violate our Terms of Service, Community Standards, or any applicable laws, we may suspend or terminate your account.
- Security Risks: If your account is compromised or is found to be part of harmful activities (e.g., spamming, phishing), we may take action to protect the platform and other users.
- Repeated Offenses: Repeated violations or harmful behavior may result in permanent suspension without prior notice.
We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of the reasons for suspension and the actions you can take to resolve the issue if applicable.

- What can you share on Coall Products
You are encouraged to share content that enhances your experience and the experience of others. This may include:
- Posts, comments, and messages.
- Photos, videos, and other media related to events or activities.
- Information about events, groups, and venues that you participate in.
You must ensure that any content you share is respectful, non-offensive, and complies with Coall’s Community Standards. You may not share content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes upon the rights of others.
- Community Standards
Coall aims to create a positive and inclusive environment for all users. You agree to adhere to the following community standards:
- Respectful Communication: Do not harass, abuse, or harm others. Engage in respectful and meaningful conversations.
- No Hate Speech or Discrimination: Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other protected characteristic is prohibited.
- No Spam or Scams: Do not use Coall to send unsolicited messages, advertise unapproved products, or engage in fraudulent activities.
- Authenticity: Be truthful in your interactions and avoid spreading misinformation.
Failure to comply with these standards may result in content removal, suspension, or termination of your account.

- If you enable location services, you give us permission to access and use your location to provide personalized event recommendations and relevant ads (if applicable).

- Coall’s Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by Coall are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes:
- Copyright: All text, graphics, user interfaces, and code developed by Coall.
- Trademarks: Coall’s logos, names, and other brand elements are trademarks of Coall Inc. You may not use them without our express permission.
- User-Generated Content: While you retain ownership of the content you create, Coall has the right to display, distribute, and modify it within the platform for promotional purposes.

Coall retains ownership of all intellectual property related to the platform, including but not limited to:
- Software, design elements, and code.
- Logos, trademarks, and branding materials.
- Content produced or commissioned by Coall (e.g., original graphics, videos).
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content, software, or intellectual property belonging to Coall without our explicit permission.

While you retain ownership of the content you create, by posting it on Coall, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and modify your content within the platform for promotional and operational purposes.

Coall provides its services on an "as is" basis, and we do not make any warranties about the performance, security, or availability of the platform. You use Coall at your own risk, and we are not liable for any damages or losses, including:
- Loss of data, content, or personal information.
- Damages resulting from technical issues or downtime.
- Losses related to interactions or transactions facilitated through Coall, such as event cancellations or failed payments.
- Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with Coall, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. In the event that we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree to the following process:
- Arbitration
- Any legal disputes or claims arising from the use of Coall will be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the arbitration laws of your jurisdiction.

- You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive your right to participate in a class action or collective lawsuit.

- The arbitration will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Coall operates.

Coall is a free platform, and we generate revenue through a combination of the following sources:
- Targeted Ads
Coall offers businesses the opportunity to reach niche audiences through targeted advertisements. We use anonymized data such as user interests, behaviours, and locations to display ads that are relevant to your activities on the platform. Users have the option to subscribe to an ad-free experience.
- Ticket Sales
Coall facilitates the purchase of tickets for events, experiences, or venues listed on the platform. A portion of the revenue generated from ticket sales goes to Coall as a transaction fee for providing this service.
- Venue Rentals
Businesses or individuals can promote venue rentals for events, social gatherings, or meetups on Coall. We may collect a fee for enabling the connection between the user and the venue, or charge venues for premium listings and promotions.
- Advertising Policies
Coall allows businesses and organizations to advertise on the platform, and we are committed to ensuring that ads comply with the following standards:
- Relevance: Ads should be relevant to the user base, providing value to the communities and groups present on Coall.
- Transparency: Advertisers must provide clear and accurate information about their products or services. Misleading or deceptive ads are prohibited.
- Prohibited Content: Ads that promote illegal products, adult content, violence, or discriminatory practices are not allowed.
We reserve the right to review and reject ads that do not comply with our policies.
- Sponsored Content and Promotions
Businesses can promote events, products, or services through sponsored content. Sponsored content must be clearly labeled as such and comply with Coall’s advertising policies.

- Location Data
We use location-related information that you permit us to access when you activate the Location Services setting on your device. This may include your GPS location and, depending on your device's operating system, other related data.
Even when Location Services is deactivated, we still receive and utilize some location-related information. This includes:
- IP addresses, which we use to approximate your general location and, if necessary for safety and security reasons, pinpoint a more specific location to protect you or others.
- Your activities and those of others on our Products, such as check-ins at venues and participation in events.
- Information you provide directly, such as when you list your city on your profile or submit your address in our Marketplace.
We utilize location-related information—like your current location, where you reside, the places you frequent, and the businesses and individuals nearby—to enhance and personalize your experience on Coall. This includes:
- Providing, personalizing, and improving our Products, including ads, for you and others, if ads are part of the Coall experience.
- Detecting suspicious activity to help secure your account.

- Messages and Communications
We collect and store the following types of communication-related data:
- Messages: You can send and receive messages through the Coall platform. While we do not access the content of your messages unless flagged for review, we store the messages to ensure a seamless communication experience.
- Notifications: We collect data about notifications and alerts you receive, including how and when you interact with them.
- Reported Messages: If messages or communications are reported for violating our policies, we may access and review the content to ensure it complies with our community standards and legal obligations.
- Payment Information
If you use Coall for purchases (e.g., buying tickets or paying for premium services), we collect your payment details to process transactions securely:
- Credit/Debit Card Information: We collect your card information to process payments for events, services, or subscriptions. We use third-party payment processors to handle payment information securely, and we do not store your credit or debit card information on our servers.

- Transaction History: We keep a record of your purchases on Coall for your reference and for customer support purposes. This includes details such as the event, service, or subscription purchased, and the payment amount.
- Event and Group Participation
When you join or participate in events and groups on Coall, we collect information related to your activity:
- Event Attendance: We keep records of events you attend or register for. This information helps us recommend future events that match your interests and can also be shared with event organizers for logistical purposes.
- Group Membership: If you join groups on Coall, we collect and display your membership status to other group members. Group organizers may use this information to send you relevant updates or notifications.
- Event and Group Contributions: Any content you contribute within an event or group, such as posts, comments, or media, is collected and displayed to the group members or event attendees. This content helps facilitate discussion and community engagement.

We refer to all the things you can do on our Products as "activity." We collect your activity across our Products and the information you provide, including:
- Content you create, such as posts, comments, or audio recordings.
- Messages you send and receive; we respect privacy laws, and we do not access the content of messages unless they are reported to us for review.
- Metadata related to your content and messages, consistent with legal requirements.
- Types of content, including advertisements, that you view or interact with, along with details of your interactions.
- Apps and features you utilize, including the actions you take within them.
- Transactions you conduct, including purchases made through Coall checkout experiences, and we securely handle sensitive information like credit card details.
- Tags you apply in your activities.
- Timing, frequency, and duration of your engagements with our Products.
- Your interactions with and views of a Coall Page and its content, providing the Page administrator with aggregated insights about how their Page and content are being used. Coall shares responsibility with Page admins for managing this information.
You may opt to share details regarding your religious beliefs, sexual orientation, political opinions, health status, racial or ethnic background, philosophical convictions, or trade union membership. Such types of information are granted specific protections under the laws of “Your Jurisdiction”.

We collect information about the type of device you are using to access Coall, the Browser you use to access it or the version of the app that you have

- Activities you are engaged in on your device, such as whether our app is active in the foreground or detecting mouse movements to distinguish between humans and bots.
- Unique identifiers that differentiate your device from others', including Family Device IDs.
- Signals emitted from your device.
- Preferences and permissions you set on your device, like GPS location, camera access, and photo library.
- Details about the network to which your device is connected and your internet connection, including: Some location data, which can be collected using IP addresses to approximate your general location, even if Location Services are disabled in your device settings.

Partners also share identifiers like your email address, demographic details, and advertising device ID with us. This assists us in linking your activities to your account, should you have one. Furthermore, partners may share with us their communications with you if they direct us to provide business services for them, such as aiding in the management of their communications. When you use our Products, you see ads, such as suggested venues or suggested events. You also see ads shown through when you visit other apps. To provide our Products for free, we use your information to show you ads, which advertisers, businesses, organizations and others pay us to show you. We want everything you see to be interesting and useful to you, so we personalize ads for you and measure how they perform. We use information from your account or across accounts in your “Account Centre” and cookies on our Products for this. You can control whether we show you ads and which information we use to show you ads in Advertising Preferences.
